I wonder at what age you start counting calories. You know, the moment when a pleasant snack becomes a threat. I, for one, was introduced to the “food threat” at an early age. Calculating calories, finishing the holy foods before being allowed to eat sweets.

I much prefer the new way of looking at food. No forbidden foods, no calories to count, we eat in a balanced way by minimizing our consumption of foods that are not nutritious.

One thing's for sure, this little girl enjoyed every chip and was absolutely “calorie free”.
