Sitting on a terrace, this young woman seemed to be soaking up the sun while enjoying her morning coffee. After a moment, I realized that she had her cell phone in her hand. Clearly, she was exchanging text messages, with the least possible frequency, with someone who might also be enjoying a coffee...in another country.
